Procurement of Stationary Items

ANNOUNCEMENT

The Financial Market Supervisory Authority of the Republic of Azerbaijan (FIMSA) announces an open request for proposals for the procurement of stationery items.

Items are to be delivered to FIMSA’s administrative building.

Duration: 12 months.

Requirements for the bidders:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience and a corporate customer portfolio;

  • Reference letters from at least 4 corporate customers;

  • Product compatibility;

  • Quality indicators of the offered items.

 

Unless otherwise specified in the legal normative documents regulating state procurements, any resident or non-resident legal or physical person or association of legal entities, regardless of their country of origin, can be a bidder in state procurements in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The bid will be held at FIMSA’s administrative building (Bulbul ave.27, Baku) at 11:00 on 15 March 2019.

Bidders are requested to submit:

  • a completed application;

  • notarized copies of the documents proving the bidder’s legal status (charter, state registration certificate and company registry extract);

  • documentary evidence of the person authorized to sign the bid and procurement agreement;

  • bank statement confirming payment of the bidding fee;

  • 2 copies of the bid (original and copy) prepared in Azerbaijani (bids must be valid for at least 30 banking days after the bid opening);

  • a bank guarantee at 1% of the bid price (as a bank guarantee attached to the main bid, valid for at least 60 banking days after the bid opening);

  • bank statement for the last year;

  • reference from tax and other relevant authorities proving the absence of overdue tax obligations and other compulsory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan;

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience and a corporate customer portfolio;

  • Reference letters from at least 4 corporate customers;

Signed and sealed bids and bank guarantees must be submitted by 17:00 pm on 14 March 2019, while other documents, signed and sealed, should be submitted by 17:00 pm on 5 March 2019 to FIMSA’s administrative building located at Bulbul ave.27, Baku. Any late submissions will be rejected.

The non-refundable bidding fee is 300 AZN.

ANNOUNCEMENT

‘EKO TICARET’ LLC wins the RfQ for procurement of gifts and souvenir held by FIMSA on 7 December 2018 with a total sum of AZN 31.945,00 (thirty one thousand nine hundred and forty five manat) including VAT. Procurement contract has been signed with the winner.

The bidding procedure will be held at FIMSA’s administrative building (Bulbul ave.27, Baku) at 11 am. on 7 January 2019.

Prospective bidders are requested to submit:

  • notarized copies of the documents proving the bidder’s legal status (charter, state registration certificate and company registry extract);

  • documentary evidence of the person authorized to sign the bid and procurement agreement;

  • bank statement confirming payment of the bidding fee;

  • 2 copies of the bid (original and copy) prepared in Azerbaijani (bids must be valid until 19 February 2019);

FIMSA announces the final outcomes of the open competitive bidding procedure to procure IT hardware in support of its operation

The Financial Market Supervision Authority of the Republic of Azerbaijan (FIMSA) invited bids on 4 lots (Lot 1 – laptops, Lot 2 – scanners and printers, Lot 3 – peripheral hardware, Lot 4 – server spare parts) of IT hardware for FIMSA on March 28, 2018. The contracts were awarded to  Bestcomp LLC, the winning bidder for Lots 1 and 2, and to Ultra Technologies LLC, the winning bidder for Lots 2 and 3.
