The FIMSA practices the effective and transparent human resources management policy based on the international standards and corporate management principles.

Currently, the FIMSA successfully works on attracting the candidates through announcing vacancies in mass media, cooperating with career centers of the universities, holding alumni fairs and  internship programs, as well as revealing and assessing the skills and competences of those candidates through variety of recruitment processes.
